Pumpkin Mac & cheese
1 onion diced
2 cup macaroni
1 cup cooked shredded chicken
2 cups chicken broth
1 cup milk
1cup pumpkin puree
2 cups cheese
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and black pepper to taste
pinch of cayenne pepper

In a large fry pan cook the onion with some oil for 3 minutes. Mix in the cooked shredded chicken. Set aside.
In a large pot, combine the macaroni, broth, milk, and pumpkin puree. Stir well to mix. Boil on medium heat for 15 minutes stirring occasionally.
Remove from heat and stir in butter.
Add the cheese garlic powder, salt, and pepper and cayenne. Stir until the cheese is melted.
Mix all together with the chicken.
