2 cups flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
120g butter
1/2 cup sugar
2 egg
2 tsp. vanilla
2/3 cup milk
Can Of apricots (chopped)

Preheat oven to 180
In bowl, whisk flour, baking powder & salt.
In large bowl, with a electric mixer cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Mix in eggs and vanilla. Add flour, milk and apricots, mix using a wooden spoon.
Fill muffin tins with batter and bake for 20 minutes
