Cap Cay, a very easy dish to prepare..

This is a very popular Indonesian and Malaysian meal. It can easily be adjusted to become a vegetarian dish. Many different versions are available throughout the two countries. I prefer the vegetables to still be slightly crisp. Feel free to add or subtract various ingredients. This is very popular with the locals in the village when the waves are too big for the fishing boats to go out. In good weather, the fishermen go out about 200 kilometres almost reaching Borneo.
