Easy Chicken Thighs Sunday Roast
This week's Sunday roast is chicken. It has been one of our family favorites for more than a decade. With red meat prices continuing to skyrocket, chicken thighs have become more affordable especially when they are on sale! Enjoy this juicy and favorable recipe.

Ingredients:

6-12 chicken thighs (bone in and skin on)
1 cup soy sauce
1 cup melted honey
2 Tbsp onion powder
2 Tbsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Frozen vegetables
Frozen potatoes

Method:

1) Get a small bowl. Mix soy sauce, honey, onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper together.

2) Place chicken thighs on a baking dish. Pour the marinade on to the chicken.

3) Bake at 180 degrees for 30 to 45 mins or until fully cooked. Add in frozen vegetables into the baking dish.

4) I serve it with potatoes and seasonal vegetables. It is so satisfying!
