Ready To Bake
Ingredients:
Chicken thighs
Onion, tomato, mushrooms
Spinach
Ginger-garlic
Oil
Salt, pepper
Turmeric, paprika/chili powder(or mixed seasoning)

Method:
1. Marinate chicken with oil, ginger-garlic, salt, pepper, turmeric, chili/paprika.
2. Mix veggies with a little oil, salt, pepper, and seasoning.
3. Place veggies in a baking dish, put chicken on top.
4. Bake at 190°C (375°F) for 35 40 mins (flip once).
5. Broil 5 mins for golden top
