| Steamed Dumplings | ||
Ingredients: Dumplings wrappers, minced chicken or vegetables, onion, coriander, garlic and ginger paste salt, cumin powder, turmeric powder, pepper, olive oil. For sauce: tomato, sesame seeds, garlic, chili, salt. Method: 1. Mix filling ingredients well. 2. Put 1 spoon filling in wrapper, fold and seal. 3. Steam dumpling for 20 -25 minutes until cooked. 4. Blend sauce ingredients (boiled tomato + roasted sesame, chilli acc to your taste) into a smooth paste and enjoy | ||
