Chicken Pasta Bake

2 cups cooked pasta
1 lb chicken breast diced
1 cup marinara sauce
1 cup heavy cream
1.5 cup shredded cheese
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 tsp coriander
Olive oil for sauteing
Breadcrumbs
Preheat the oven to 190°C
Grease a baking dish with cooking spray or a light brush of olive oil.
Boil salted water and cook pasta.
Drain and set aside, keeping a splash of pasta water.
Heat 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook a few minutes.
Add the chicken to the skillet and season with salt and pepper: Cook for 7 minutes.
Stir in the marinara and heavy cream, then add the Italian seasoning and coriander. Simmer for 3 minutes
Add pasta into the skillet, coat with sauce. Add reserved pasta water if needed,
Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and sprinkle with cheese.
Sprinkle on breadcrumbs
Bake for 25 minutes
