Grilled Chicken Salad Recipe
Steps:
1. Season chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, and a little oil.
2. Cook in a pan on medium heat for 5 7 min each side until golden and fully cooked.
3. Let it rest 2 3 minutes, then slice into strips.
4. In a bowl, mix lettuce, cucumber, carrot, and other veggies.
5. Place sliced chicken on top.
6. Drizzle olive oil + lemon juice, add a pinch of salt & pepper.
