Salmon salad bowl

Ingredients
Salmon fillet
Lettuce (chopped)
Tomato (diced)
Red onion (chunks)
Carrot (small pieces)
Cucumber (optional)
Olive oil
Salt & black pepper
Lemon juice
Steps
1. Season salmon with salt, pepper, and a little olive oil.
2. Pan-sear on medium heat for 3 4 minutes each side until golden. Cut into chunks.
3. Mix salad: lettuce, tomato, onion, carrot, cucumber in a bowl.
4. Add dressing: olive oil + lemon juice + pinch of salt.
5. Top with salmon pieces and serve.
