Savoury muffins
2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 eggs
3/4 cup whole milk
1/3 cup olive oil
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
1.5 cup grated cheese
1/2 cup diced bell pepper
2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
1 tsp parsley

Preheat oven to 190 and grease muffin tins. Set aside
In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and black pepper.
In a separate bowl, whisk eggs, milk, olive oil, and yogurt.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir gently.
Fold the cheese, bell pepper, chives, and parsley into the batter evenly.
Distribute the batter evenly into the prepared muffin cups.
Bake for 22 minutes,
