Grilled Chicken Veggie Salad

Receipe:
Cook the chicken:
Rub chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and oil.
Cook in a pan on medium heat for 5 7 minutes each side until golden and fully cooked.
Let it rest, then cut into cubes.
Prepare vegetables:
1 cup lettuce
½ cucumber
1 tomato
½ carrot
2 tablespoons red onion
little cabbage or bell pepper
Wash and chop all veggies into small pieces.
3. Make dressing:
Mix olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
4. Mix everything:
In a big bowl, add lettuce and all vegetables.
Add chicken pieces on top.
Pour dressing and toss gently.
