Oven Baked Buttermilk Chicken Thighs

This is always a hit in our household. Tenderized in buttermilk and then coated in seasoned panko crumbs for some super crunch action!
Ingredients
6 chicken thighs
Buttermilk (enough to cover the chicken thighs)
1.5 cup flour
1 tsp paprika powder
1 tsp Italian seasoning
2 cups panko crumbs
Salt and pepper to taste
Method:
1) Prepare chicken thighs. Cut off any fats. Pour in buttermilk to cover the chicken thighs
2) Get a medium to large bowl, mix all the dry ingredients thoroughly together.
3) Dunk the chicken thighs into the panko mixture.
4) I like to put them in the fridge for at least 2 hours before putting them in the oven.
5) Bake at 160 degrees for 30-45 mins, till they are golden brown. Take care not to burn them!
6) I serve them with potatoes and seasonal vegetables.
