Easy Tasty Teriyaki Chicken on Fried Rice

If you want a tasty and a quick dinner on the table, this recipe is for you! This is my little one's favourite dinner, I like to add some scrambled eggs on top for extra protein for her.
Ingredient:
500g - 800g chicken thighs (you can use chicken breast if prefer)
1 cup soy sauce
1 Tbsp honey
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp chili flakes (optional)
1 tsp lemon juice
1 Tbsp water
Dash of oil
Leftover 1 cup rice
A handful of parsley (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
Frozen vegetables
2 eggs (scrambled)(optional)
Method:
1) Cut chicken thighs into small pieces.
2) Get a small bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, sugar, lemon juice, water and chili flakes thoroughly together.
3) Heat oil in a pan, brown chicken thighs till golden. Carefully pour in the sauce mixture. Mix carefully. Set aside.
4) Fried up the leftover rice till hot, add frozen vegetables. Then mix in Teriyaki chicken and sauce. Sprinkle parsley on top.
5) If you want to make this dinner ultra fancy, you can fried up some scrambled eggs and mix it in as well. It goes perfectly with the dish. I also serve bread rolls with this dish.
