| Dry Fruit Energy Balls (No-Bake Recipe) | ||
1 cup almonds 1 cup cashews ½ cup walnuts ½ cup pistachios ¾ to 1 cup seedless dates 2 tablespoons raisins or dried cranberries (optional) ½ teaspoon cardamom powder 1 2 tablespoons ghee or coconut oil Instructions: 1. Lightly dry-roast all the nuts separately on low heat until fragrant. Let them cool completely. 2. Grind the nuts coarsely in a food processor. Do not make a fine powder. 3. Add dates and raisins. Pulse again until the mixture starts to stick together. 4. Add cardamom powder and ghee if needed. Mix well. 5. Take small portions and roll into round balls 6. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator. | ||
