Little Orange Cakes
Ingredients

500 ml of milk
one orange (juice and grated zest)
3 eggs
130 gr all purpose flour
300 gr de sugar
1/4 tsp salt
50 gr de unsalted butter, melted
1 tbsp of baking power

sand sugar and cinnamon for sprinkle in the end (around 1tsp each, mix together)
butter and flour for grease the muffins pans or can used muffins cups (optional)

Preheat the oven 355 F / Bake for 35 min

In a bowl combine flour, baking powder, and orange zest and salt.
In a separated bowl combine eggs and sugar, beat with an electric mixer for 3 min, stir the orange juice, butter, until well combined.
Stir this one unto the dry ingredients until, well combined (mixture will froth a little).
Pour the batter into the muffin cups ( or muffins pans directly) filling them 3/4 of the way up.
Bake for 35 min, until the edges start brown.
Take off, let them cool down, if you use the muffins pans runs a knife around the edges of each cake and gently unmold. And sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
