Delicious Asian Infused Marinade

Do you know Chinese Five Spice powder is perfect for marinade? I have been experimenting with this lately and I am so surprised with the amazing result! If you want an easy marinade recipe with simple ingredients but a big flavor profile, this recipe is for you.
Ingredients:
300g - 500g Beef Steak
1 tsp Chinese five spice powder
1 cup soy sauce
1 Tbsp honey (melted)
1 tsp crushed ginger
1 tsp crushed garlic
Salt and pepper to taste
Dash of oil
Method:
1) Get a small bowl, mix the above ingredients thoroughly together.
2) Rub the marinade on both sides of the steak. You need to leave the marinade for a minimum of 2 hours. But I normally leave it overnight in the fridge for maximum flavor.
3) The next day, fry the steak in hot oil for a few minutes on each side.
4) I serve it with roast potatoes and seasonal vegetables.
