20 mins Easy Moroccan Spiced Lamb Leg Chops
This is an ideal recipe for the mid-week. With meal prep the night before, it is a breeze to serve up these delicious Moroccan lamb chops packed with bold flavors and aromatic spices which my family enjoys!

Ingredients:

2 Lamb Leg chops
2 Tbsp Masterfood Moroccan Spice (or another preferred brand)
1 Tbsp onion powder
1 Tbsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste

Method:

1) Get a small bowl, mix all the dry ingredients thoroughly together.

2) Carefully rub them on both sides of the lamb chops and put them in the fridge overnight. I normally do this step the night before or first thing in the morning. The longer you leave it marinated, the better taste it will be.

3) Grill chops at 220 degrees for 20 mins till golden brown. Turn the chops over after 10 mins' time.

4) I serve it with roast potatoes, roast pumpkins and broccoli.
