Quick Pear Crumble

Ingredients
For the filling
1 can pears drained
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
For the crumble
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/4 cup of plain flour
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
1/3 cup butter, melted
1/4 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius
Combine filling ingredients and put in a greased baking dish.
Stir all the topping ingredients together until combined.
Sprinkle the topping over the pear filling.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until golden.
Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
