Marry Me Chicken

Ingredients
* 5 6 boneless, skinless chicken thighs or breasts
* 1 tsp salt
* 1 tsp black pepper
* 1 tsp paprika
* 1 tsp Italian seasoning
* 2 tbsp olive oil
* 3 4 cloves garlic, minced
* ½ cup chicken broth
* 1 cup heavy cream
* ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
* ½ cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
* 1 tsp chili flakes (optional)
Instructions
1. Season the chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning.
2. Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat and sear the chicken for 4 5 minutes per side until golden. Remove and set aside.
3. In the same pan, sauté the garlic for about 30 seconds.
4. Pour in the chicken broth and scrape up the browned bits from the bottom of the pan.
5. Add the heavy cream, Parmesan, sun-dried tomatoes, and chili flakes. Stir until the cheese melts and the sauce thickens slightly.
6. Return the chicken to the pan and simmer for 8 10 minutes.
