Crispy Chicken Rice bowl with Sesame Dressing

I am so proud of this creation, I didn't think it would taste this good! So I thought I would share this recipe with all of you. I basically use all the leftover food from previous nights and throw it all together and create this delicious meal! You can easily substitute what you have in your fridge too and create your own version.
Ingredients:
Leftover crispy crumbed chicken
1/4 cucumber
1/4 cup of cabbage
1/4 cup leftover pepper
1/4 grated carrots
1/2 cup of leftover cooked white rice
1 tsp pumpkin seed
Few drops of sesame oil
Method:
1) I heat up the leftover rice for 2 mins in the microwave. If you prefer cold rice instead. Just serve it straight up.
2) Place cooked rice at the bottom. Assemble your rice bowl by sprinkle chopped cabbage, peppers, pumpkin seeds, diced cucumber and grated carrots.
3) Add leftover crispy crumbed chicken and then add a few drop of sesame oils.
4) Mix everything together gently. Bon Appetit!
