Creamy Chicken Swiss Pasta
Aive12-Jul-25
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1 inch chunks
Salt
Pepper
Tarragon
1 cup mixed veges (boiled)
Cooked spaghetti (I used angel hair pasta)
2 tablespoons butter
Splash of milk
2 teaspoons fresh parsley
Swiss cheese
Edam cheese

Cook chicken all the way through in oil.
Add salt. Pepper and tarragon and mix through. And a splash of milk and mix in the parsley. Add the mixed veges then add a handful of Swiss cheese and cook until melted.
Mix the chicken mix with cooked spaghetti and sprinkle just a little bit of exams cheese on top.
My family really enjoyed this for dinner.

                                                      • I will substitute plant-based-meat for skinless chicken breasts (vegetarian). I will also substitute a splash of coconut milk for a splash of milk (lactose intolerant). I love (enjoy) eating pasta. Anyway, I appreciate the time you took to submit your recipe.
