Zucchini Potato Fritters
Ingredients:
1 medium zucchini (grated)
1 medium potato (grated)
1 egg
3 4 tbsp wheat flour (adjust as needed)
1 tsp chilli powder
Salt (to taste)
Optional: chopped onion, green chilli, coriander
Oil for frying
Method:
1. Grate & squeeze
Grate zucchini and potato. Squeeze out as much water as possible using your hands or a clean cloth.
2. Mix everything
In a bowl, combine grated veggies, egg, wheat flour, chilli powder, salt, and any optional add-ins.
Mix until it forms a thick mixture that can hold shape.
3. Shape
Take small portions and form small balls or flattened patties.
4. Fry
Heat oil in a pan on medium heat.
Place the fritters gently and fry until golden brown and crispy on both sides.
