Mutton Soup
Ingredients:

* 500 g mutton (with bones)
* 1 onion, chopped
* 1 tomato, chopped
* 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
* 1 tsp turmeric powder
* 1 tsp cumin powder
* 1 tsp coriander powder
* ½ tsp chili powder
* Salt to taste
* 2 tbsp oil
* 5 6 cups water
* Fresh coriander leaves
* 2 green chilies

Method:

1. Heat oil and fry onion until golden.
2. Add ginger-garlic paste and cook for 1 minute.
3. Add tomato, turmeric, cumin, coriander, chili powder, and salt. Cook until soft.
4. Add mutton and fry for 5 7 minutes.
5. Pour in water and pressure cook for 25 30 minutes (or simmer 1.5 2 hours until tender).
6. Adjust salt and soup consistency.
7. Garnish with fresh coriander and green chilies.
