Chicken Roast

Ingredients:
1 kg chicken (bone-in pieces)
1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
1 tsp turmeric powder
1½ tsp red chili powder
1 tsp black pepper powder
1 tsp cumin powder
Salt to taste
2 3 tbsp oil
1 tbsp lemon juice (optional)
Instructions:
Marinate the Chicken
In a bowl, mix yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric, chili powder, black pepper, cumin, salt, and lemon juice.
Add the chicken and coat well. Marinate for at least 1 hour. I did for overnight (overnight is best for deeper flavor).
Dry Roast
In a hot oil dip the chicken and
Keep turning the pieces occasionally and roast until the chicken becomes golden brown and slightly crispy on the outside and ready to eat.
