Chicken Sausage Spaghetti

Ingredients:
200 250g spaghetti
1 chicken sausage (sliced)
1 small chicken breast (thin strips, optional)
1 small onion (sliced)
2 cloves garlic (chopped)
2 tbsp oil
½ cup tomato sauce or pasta sauce
½ tsp black pepper
Salt
2 tbsp green peas (optional)
Fresh coriander or parsley
Method:
1. Boil spaghetti in salted water until soft. Drain and keep aside.
2. Heat oil in a pan. Fry sausage slices until slightly brown. Remove and keep aside.
3. In the same pan, cook chicken strips until done. Remove.
4. Add onion and garlic to the pan. Cook until soft.
5. Add tomato sauce, chili flakes, black pepper, and salt. Cook 2 3 minutes.
6. Add peas, cooked chicken, and sausage. Mix well.
7. Add boiled spaghetti and toss everything together for 2 3 minutes.
8. Garnish with fresh coriander.
