Mouth watering BBQ marinated Lamb loin fillet

This is what I have made for my husband's birthday! Lamb fillet has become insanely expensive in my country, therefore it is definitely a treat item!
Ingredients
500g Lamb loin fillet (you can use chops if you wish)
1 Tbsp BBQ sauce (of your choice)
1 tsp of crushed garlic
1/2 tsp chilli powder (optional)
1 tsp smoked paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Dash of oil
Method
1) Get a small bowl, mix BBQ sauce, crushed garlic, chili powder, paprika, salt and pepper together thoroughly.
2) Rub it all over the fillet on both sides.
3) I normally prepare this the night before to maximize the marinade time. If this is not possible, try to marinate for at least 1 hour.
4) Fry the marinade lamb fillet in oil, each side about 3-5 mins depending on your personal preference.
5) I served this with roast potatoes and broccoli. I also fried up an egg for this special birthday occasion too.
