500 grams mince beef
3 potatoes, peeled, diced and boiled
1 onion, finely chopped
1 can Tomatoes
2 tablespoons oil
1 tablespoon ginger paste
1/4 tsp chili paste
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon coriander
1 teaspoon garam masala
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
Salt to taste
In a large pan, heat the cooking oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onions and sauté until they turn golden brown.
Stir in the cumin and ginger paste, cooking for about 2 minutes.
Add tomatoes and chili,
Toss in the meat. Cook until browned and fully cooked through.Then add the boiled potatoes and sprinkle with salt, tumeric, coriander and garam masala. Let simmer for 5 minutes
