Homemade Pizza Base

Ingredients
2 teaspoons dried yeast
1 teaspoon caster sugar
280 grams plain flour
250 ml warm water
Instructions
Combine yeast, sugar and flour in a bowl. Gradually add warm water and mix until smooth. Knead the dough until smooth and elastic. Place in a lightly oiled bowl and cover with a tea towel. Leave to rise in a warm position for 15 minutes or until doubled in size.
Punch the dough down and knead on a lightly floured board for a few minutes. Roll the dough out and top with toppings of your choice.
I used passata (tomato pure) cheese and olives.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius.
Makes 2 pizza bases.
