Family favourite Spaghetti Bolognese
This recipe is one of our family favorites. Simple ingredients without skimping on taste. It is easy and comes together quickly, yet super delicious. It is ideal for mid-week dinner.

Ingredients:

800g -1000g Beef mince
1 large onion (finely chopped)
2 tsp crushed garlic
4-6 celery stalks (chopped)
1 tsp mixed herbs
1 Tbsp flour
500g baby spinach
A jar of 500g Spaghetti Sauce (of your choice)
Cheese ( of your choice)(optional)
Dash of oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Method:

1) Boil spaghetti in a large pot. Add salt and a bit of oil. Put it aside for later.

2) Heat up pan with some oil. Brown mince and onion. Add garlic. Then add flour, mix well.

3) Pour in spaghetti sauce. Add in mixed herbs, celery and baby spinach.

4) Lastly, carefully mix in spaghetti and then transfer to a casserole dish.

5) Slice tasty cheese and place on the top layer of the casserole dish. Put into oven at 180 degrees for 60 mins.

6) I serve this dish with bread rolls. Enjoy.
