The Creamiest and tastiest Mac and Cheese ever

This is such a comforting informal recipe. It is indulgent, cheesy and perfect!

Ingredients:

3 cups of pasta (elbow or spiral)
50g butter
800g middle bacon
250g cream cheese
2 cups milk (of your choice)
2 Tbsp flour
1 large onion
1 tsp crushed garlic
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1.5 Tbsp tomato sauce
4-6 stalks of celery (optional)
Extra Cheese (of your choice, I use Tasty)
Salt and pepper to taste

Method:
1) Cook pasta, bring them to boil. Drain and set aside.

2) Coarsely chop onion and bacon. Add crushed garlic. Fried them all in butter. Mix in flour. Melt cream cheese, add milk, mustard and tomato sauce. Stir slowly to combine. Then add in cooked pasta. Add extra cheese, salt and pepper if desired to make it more cheesy.

3) Chop celery into little pieces. Add this into the mixture.

4) Transfer everything into a casserole dish. Cook at 180 degrees for an hour or so.

5) Add extra cheese on top. Grill them into a golden colour.

6) I serve this with bread rolls and chips on the side.
