2 cups penne cooked
1 tbsp oil
1 Ib pork Sausages cut up
1 cup Heavy Cream
2 tbsp Cajun Seasoning
4 garlic cloves minced
1 Onion diced
1/2 cup grated cheese

Preheat pan on medium heat and warm the oil.
Brown the sausages for 7 minutes. Add in the garlic and onion. Cook for 3 minutes.
Pour in the cream and let simmer then mix in the Cajun. In a large bowl combine sausage mixture and pasta and cheese.
