One pot bacon mac and cheese
1-2 cups macaroni
3 slices of bacon chopped and cooked
2 cups chicken broth
2 cups milk
1cup water
1teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons butter
2 cups grated cheese
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Pinch of sumac
Salt and black pepper to taste

In a large pot combine the pasta, broth, milk, water, and salt, Bring to a boil stirring frequently to prevent the pasta from sticking. Once boiling, reduce to medium heat and cook for 9 minutes, stirring every minute or so. Do not drain.
Add the butter to the pasta and stir until completely melted.
Add the cheese and cook for a minute.
Stir in the mustard, sumac, garlic, bacon and paprika. Heat for 2 minutes
Season with salt and pepper
