One Pan Mince and Pasta

1 Tablespoon olive oil
1 onion (chopped)
2 cloves garlic (crushed)
500 grams beef mince
1x tin of chopped tomatoes
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 1/2cups beef stock
1 Tablespoon mixed herbs
1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 cups penne pasta
1/2 cup grated cheese
Heat the oil in a large pan over a medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and cook for 2 minutes. Add the mince and brown.
Add tomatoes, tomato paste, beef stock, mixed herbs & worcestershire sauce and stir.
Reduce heat to low, add the pasta and stir to combine. Cover and cook for 15 minutes, stirring once during cooking. Remove the lid and check that the pasta is cooked. If it needs, cook for an extra couple of minutes
Sprinkle the cheese on top and cover again for a further 2 minutes until the cheese has melted.
