Stir Fried Vegetables

Ingredients
Vegetables
1 tablespoon vegetable oil or sesame oil
1 cup broccoli florets
1 cup red bell pepper, sliced into strips
1/2 cup carrots, julienned or thinly sliced
1/2 cup onion, thinly sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon fresh ginger, minced or grated
Stir-Fry Saucer
2 tablespoons soy sauce (or coconut aminos)
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1 teaspoon oyster sauce
1 teaspoon honey (optional, for sweetness)
Instructions
Heat oil in a large pan, add onions, garlic and ginger, fry for a few minutes. Add all other vegetables and fry until tender.
Add soy sauce, rice vinegar, oyster sauce and honey if using. Stir to combine well.
Serve with rice or noodles.
