2 tbsp oil
2 large chicken breasts diced
1 onion finely chopped
2 cloves garlic minced
1 cup peas
1 can tomatoes
2 cups frozen spinach
1 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon chili flakes optional
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup grated cheese

Heat oil in a large pan, and cook the chicken, onion and garlic until browned. Add in the seasonings and canned tomato and bring to a simmer for 15 minutes.
Meanwhile boil the spinarch and peas. Once cooked mix into the chicken mix.
Add the cheese and serve with mash potato or pasta. Highly recommend having with pasta
