Baked Omelette
4 eggs Eggs
0.5 cup Milk
1/4teaspoon Salt
Black pepper
1 cup Shredded cheese
1 onion diced
1/2 cup grated carrot

Preheat oven to 180°C
Grease a oven dish
In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Add in onion and grated carrot.
Pour egg mixture into the prepared skillet. Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake for 15-20 minutes.
