Ingredients Duck meat (pieces) Cumin powder Turmeric powder Salt Tomatoes (boiled) Onion Oil Garlic paste Ginger paste Green onion & cilantro Method 1. Marinate duck with cumin powder, turmeric powder, and salt. 2. Air-fry for 25 minutes until cooked and slightly crispy. 3. Boil tomatoes, peel, and crush them. 4. Heat oil in a pan. Add garlic and ginger paste, sauté until fragrant. 5. Add crushed tomatoes and sliced onion; cook until soft and oily. 6. Add air-fried duck to the pan and mix well. 7.
