| You obviously all know about "The Top To Toe 5000" where you hit yourself all over 5000 times with a Large Plastic Kitchen Utensil . .(I use a large plastic serving spoon) ..(I have two - one for cooking and one for the T.T.T. 5000) ..I don't count my hits . .I use the sentence "I promise to eat all my vegetables" which has 10 syllables and say that 50 times till I move from my head to my shoulders. ..Although I recently changed and I start my hitting from the Toes now. because 500 Plastic Serving Spoon hits to the head at the end can improve your sleeping !!! ..1 Do you cheat sometimes and stop at 4000 hits (I do sometimes) ..2 Do you have special T.T.T. 5000 Music ( "My Sharona" by the Knack is good to hit too) ..3 Which day of the week do you do your Top To Toe 5000 ? .. | ||
