Ever fell do like every thing is working against you and it is tacking 50 times longer to do thing then every one else .You do not know what is causing it but you wish you could fix it you wish you could do more be more and laufe like every one else

          • Sometimes I do feel like everything bad is stacked up against me but I don't let it worry me. I will keep at whatever it is I am doing & if it doesn't go well, I leave it alone & come back to it later. Sometimes, for me, just taking a break helps

              • Use to worry about lagging behind in certain circumstances but not these days. Worrying is pointless anyhow but with age comes acceptance.

                      • I dunno if this is the best advice but when I'm in a slump I try to channel that energy into something productive like working on a skill that I want to improve for example. Usually this works for me but sometimes it doesn't. If it doesn't then I'll try to get a bit of time to myself and have a nice hot chocolate and try to relax for a bit. Otherwise exercise is a good way to take your mind off things because not only does it help you get a healthy body but it's good for mental health because your brain produces a lot of positive feel good hormones and heals during exercise.
