If that individual does not deem it important enough to develop a relationship with Jesus Christ, and thereby become a person who displays honesty and accountability, the best we can do is vote him/her out of office when we have the opportunity.

Unfortunately I could not tick all the boxes as all the options apply. Without exception, at least in Australia, all any of them ever do is blather on endlessly as to what they are going to do and then do Nothing. When challenged they either ignore the questions or twist their answer to blame the previous government - just as we saw during the ALP's Albanese's First Term. The previous government, which indeed was a disaster, was to blame for everything. They won't scrap any of the Tax Concessions or all Negative Gearing on Residential Investment Properties simply because there were almost NO Politicians which does not own Residential Investment Properties which makes a mockery of the claims by both the ALP and the Liberal-National Party Coalition that they have the slightest bit of interest in doing what is best for Australia and her People. They have but two interests. Themselves and The Party.

For some party's they give very little on their own policy's,some focus on debunking other parties( mudslinging) and the advertising campaigns money could be better spent on the needs of the country ( millions). Legislation is needed to ensure they commit to all election promises and clarity of commitments.

We just elected a new Prime Minister of Canada. The campaigns were not as full of rhetoric as the United States but we would like less name calling by the opposition.

Make it an offence if you are not working in the National interesr ie negleting your "Duty of Care" of your own Citizens, not caring that so many are homless and living in cars or on the streets with children in all types of weather. You neglect Duty of Care when allowing criminals enter into our courtry and issuing them with visas ... that most certainly are not actions of a father figure for the Nation, shame on you!!

I said set penalties but the penalties also have to be activated and followed through. Look at Trump. He lied SO much to get in and now he's doing everything that he can - negatively!! - until someone stops him. He shouldn't have been allowed to run for president when he's a convicted felon. Nobody should've voted for him. He's said the vote results were rigged by the Russians - 3 times that I know of he's said this. I've watched one video. In answer to your question though, TRY to vote in the person you can trust with your home and family. That will narrow it down real quick.
