For the last 2 years all I ever find are dimes anf noyhing else ehich seems at bit weird...

I would probably kick it into the gutter if one was nearby.

My kids used to scout the snowpiles at the edges of mall parking lots during the spring melt. Lots of coins emerged that they saw as buried treasure! Not as much success now, I'd guess...digital payments having done away with pocket change as folks climb in and out of their cars.

I used to until my coworker said it was a witches work and if you pick it up you’ll have bad luck

yes I do, and I put it in a jar and keep it and when I go to the shop I put it the collection box for the guide dogs for the blind

I always pick it up I suppose, but not at home because my partner leaves them all over the place. She barely believes in cash. Now I suppose we could teach our Neo robots to bend their back and pick up coins for those who have sore backs. But the other problem is will coins be eliminated by the time everyone gets a pet Neo to walk around with them. Although that might not be the case when it's this year or next year. How dissapointing for the banks.

I think it might have something to do with people giving up cash during Covid but I haven't seen a coin on the ground for ages. You just don't see them anymore.

I found a penny on the ground and thought it might bring luck. And so, I tried to pick it up but found that it was stuck. I pulled a little harder, but it wasn’t any use. I went and got a crowbar, still I couldn’t pry it loose. I whacked it with a hammer till, at last, I got it free. But accidentally struck my thumb and tripped and skinned my knee. A dog then chased me down the street as it began to rain.I almost got run over by a taxi and a train. I slammed into a garbage can which covered me in crud. And just before I made it home, I slipped and fell in mud. At last, I climbed in bed, then felt a headache coming on. I couldn’t sleep at all that night, I tossed and turned till dawn. That penny brought me luck alright, but all the luck was bad.It left me bruised and beaten and extremely sore and sad. I knew I had to dump that penny one way or another. I’m feeling so much better since I gave it to my brother.

I'm always finding money. Just a couple weeks ago I found a $10 bill on the ground. More common for me when I do find money, are dimes though.

Find it too hard to bend down these days and would probably topple over and not be able to get up. Leave it for the kids.
