I gave no permission for a Car Insurance renewal policy, but to my horror, the very popular Insurance company renewed it anyway using an expired credit card they had on file. They simply changed the expiry date on the credit card. Of course, I cancelled it right away. My question is, should I report this company to the Government watchdog?
