Ok, what's the deal with AMAZON and GOOGLE constantly charging $2.00 for subscriptions etc that you don't authorize, and then you have to argue and plead with them to reverse it

I've now twice had AMAZON charge me for a prime membership when I've clearly not asked or ticked any boxes allowing it

They did it again the other day and all I did was look at an item, place it in the cart to think about it and then when I decided to remove it I find that I've been charged for a Prime membership

Surely this is unethical and illegal, so how do they constantly get away with it ?

And as usual they never have a solution or reason as to why it's happening, and you end up in an endless loop trying to get it fixed
