Is it my imagination or do people talk more than they actually listen? As a security guard I find people over talk and talk over every one. Instead of listening and helping to resolve issues very quickly with little drama. I listen and I propose simple solutions based on the principle of compromise. When you talk you repeat what you know, when you listen you learn what you don't know.
