Rates are increasing to decreased inflation. The effect caused greatest concern to ordinary people who are affected through no fault of their own. However, the Government at all levels have no budgetary constraints. It would also appear that they are the main contributors to inflation due to their uncontrolled spending and lack of fiscal policy working with the central banks monetary policy.
