Just made my list out for food at the Christmas lunch table and beyond. Got much appreciated help this year, with our visitors, who will be staying with us over Christmas ... this year will be Extraordinarily simple catering for 6: All good. Doing Roast Beef, and salads galore, with hot sides of Roasted potatoes & garlic; tomatoes & zucchini; Pumpkin, Carrots and Brussels Sprouts. Dessert will be dictated by the all-important weather - ice cream, custard, mini pudds, fresh fruit salad, and mini pavlovas ... So, what's happening where you're at? Who's doing what?, to whom?, and where? At your place for Christmas. Only 'cause I'm nosy....
