What is Book Tok? I'm afraid those of us who are of older generations don't understand the modern terms that are used. I love books and reading though , and while I prefer real tangible books I will also read Kindle.

I don't have any recommendations but know that a person by the username of i.put.the.ace.in.disgrace (across many socials including Insta, reddit, tiktok, etc) will be able to give you an extensive list of highly desirable titles. (And Halisa, if you're Ace- you may already know of them.) :)

I have just finished a good book and there are 2 so I have only read book one and it is The Lavender Keeper and book 2 is The French Promise by Fiona McIntosh. I enjoy reading Cathy Kelly books reading Always and Forever and I also have Between Sisters. There are so many wonderful writers that I have enjoyed reading. Many I have mentioned before of course. Good Luck and let me know if you need any more Authors or book titles. Enjoy reading as I do.

Its a contemporary British spy series which is currently being made into a TV series by AppleTV. It stars Gary Oldman and Kristen Scott Thomas. Received 7.7 on IMBd. The audio books should be listened to in chronological order (Google 'slow horses books in order'). There are 8 books from 2010 to 2022. 1st season TV series completed, with one season per book to come. Drama, thriller, comedy ans satire all mixed in.

  people got reprimanded by Rewardia. I got a follow up letter to the action they took and certain few idiots have completely changed their tune towards me. Think they got threatened to get removed from site and lose any points they had. The strange part was, i wish someone could tell me what it was i did to get them harassing me. So strange bc im a kind and gentle soul. Build others up, but slso stand in defense of wrong. Maybe thats what no one ever wants to hear, is an opposing viewpoint. I never say "you're wrong". I just contribute my side if a conversation. Thats is the meaning of a conversation. Ilive Bingo, but the time I can play a million others seem to be also so I gather between 4 and 12 pts a losing game. I can make 6 times that playing one other game instead. So sometimes its not worth it. But I do like Bingo. Ill always play some. I do win my fair share so i cant complain and then the points are always great. Its waiting for the win.......... You play bingo alot? Do you have other games you spend time on?

Ah, romance books, the reader's guilty secret. I just attended a talk at the local library last week on this very topic. If you're a regular library person, the books are usually arranged so that the smutty, historical or other topics can be avoided.

I go to the local library and take out 8-10 books in the genre I like. I can then decide if I want to read them or not. As to the smut part I usually just skip over that part.
