When a business indicates they open at 8 am, I will call them right at 8 am and expect someone to answer the phone. Most of the time, noone answers. It seems noone answers the phone for about 15 to 30 minutes until after their opening time. Some places never answer the phone.
Is this the same all over the world now? Am I getting old to expect a business to answer the phone as soon as they open?
