                              Yes. I do self hypnosis sometimes, it has worked for me. have not done it for a long time. I have also hypnotised another person. It is good if you can hypnotise yourself. My son can also do it.

                                              I have had people try to hypnotize me and it did not work. I see that is pretty common on here. that makes me wonder if anyone has ever been hypnotized.
