Trump is a convicted felon who should not be allowed in either Canada or Iceland, so both countries are out for visits by him officially. How come Ukraine is not involved in the peace talks with Russia and why does Trump now agree with Putin in saying that Ukraine started the war when the world knows Putin started it. It is way past time NATO stopped giving the 5 nations any veto power and reset itself as all countries being independent and majority rules. If any of those countries want to stand alone like they always do, then the other countries will let them stand alone, because we all know who will or won't help others.

I very much doubt that Canada will be the 51st State. However I think Trumps schemes have given Canada a wake up call. First…I believe that free trading across Canada should have always existed. Second… we should be putting more money into our national defence. Third…Canada has a wealth of natural resources. These resources are sent (mostly to the States)to be processed and/or refined largely, this a mostly because of the cost. In turn they buy back the product at a higher price and sell some of their resources cheaper. If Canada would put out the money to keep the processing in-house, eventually they would have larger control over their own natural resources. (Initial pain for future gain). This would put CANADA in a stronger negotiation position, which would hopefully ensure that it is a much more worthy opponent to other countries.

I am an American, and I did NOT vote for Trump and will not bow down to him! Many of us are outrage and are protesting against this. It is all over YouTube that Americans are on the side of the Canadians. We support you, and I feel I should cross the border to Canada and fight the US to defend you. However, I love my country, but this is not the country thopat I am proud of. You would not believe the people who are Trump supporters and thinks he is accomplishing great things! Having recently visited Canada I can say the Canadians are many things that Trump is not. They are generous, inclusive, very proactive in integrating migrants into the community and they have no 2nd amendment. Trump is acting like a Russian agent and I wonder were his loyalty lies.
